04.02.2012 - Poland trip (part 1)

As I had promised to my last flatmate, I went to Poland the last week to visit him. It was a 6 days trip, from 4th february to 10th february.

I booked a flight with two airlines: blue1 & LOT. The itinerary was: Oulu-Helsinki-Warsaw.

Unfortunately, the flight stop in Helsinki was about 6 hours. So I decided to go to the city center of Helsinki, because I had never seen Helsinki in the winter. I was walking around the city center for 4 hours, and I saw the cathedrals, the port and the old town. Photos? of course xD

This photo is quite interesting, those people were serving coffee and tea in the middle of the street. At -20º and snowing. Strong people xDD.

And finally I recorded a funny video in the stairs of the cathedral. The stairs of the cathedral were absolutely covered with snow, and became a ramp. The childrens (and adults xD) were sliding down.

After all, I came back to the airport and took my flight: destination Warsaw (Poland).

I arrived to Warsaw at 21:30. My polish friend was waiting for me, and we took some buses to get his brother appartment. It was too late, but he had got a bottle of vodka which was waiting for us. Cheers for the arrival! xDD
