05.02.2012 - Poland trip (part 2)

My second day in Poland was more interesting. We woke up in the morning and went to the city center of Warsaw. First I needed to change some euros into Zloty. In the railway station I found a place and they changed me: 1 € = 3.9 zloty. Actually, 1 € = 4.2 zloty, but you know, they have to earn something xDD.

Afterwards, we went to the big tower, which has a weird name in polish and I don't remember it xDD. The tower has a small museum in the first floor, and we could get up to the last floor, 15th if my memory don't fail. The sight of the balcony was interesting xDD.

Our next stop was the Royal Castle of Warsaw, in the old town. Almost the whole castle has been rebuilt because of the ravages of the 2nd world war, anyway, it was an interesting visit.

The next stop was the Chopin park. We tried to enter in a museum there, but it was closed. Anyway, walking around the park was really good, despite of the cold and wind that we had xD.

And saving the best for the last, we went to the best bar in Warsaw xDD. Cheap food, cheap drinks and a good atmosphere. We took the dinner there, a duck stew for 3 €. The best part was the beer, a 0.5 l jar of beer: 7.5 zloty (lower than 2 euros). Thus, we drunk a lot of beer there xDD.
